Project Details

Legal Support

The organisation is currently in the process of taking on a new building to support young people with additional needs through activities, skills and education development. The landlord is keen to have them sign a pre-lease and has sent a draft lease to be reviewed which will be ready to sign once planning has passed.

They would like a legal professional to take a look at the draft lease to assess for anything in particular that should be noted,  legal or financial implications, potential risks, difficult obligations etc. Support needed:

  • Review of draft lease from landlord for potential new premises
