Organisation Details
The Yorkshire Women’s Forum is a registered CIC and social enterprise that is committed to supporting women through creative workshops and sustainability-focused projects. Their aim is to enable women to nurture their mental-health and wellbeing through creativity and friendship, whilst fostering environmental responsibility.
They also provide safe spaces for women to seek advice, share their feelings and have discussions they may otherwise lack confidence in.
Project Details
The CIC was officially established in December 2024, making it a relatively young organisation. They have existing policies and procedures in place, however would like some advice to maximise the effectiveness of their policies and ensure they are fit for practise, as well as in line with any changes in law. They are seeking 1:1 advice from a legal professional who can review their current policies and procedures to help support this. They would also like to understand more about HR policies to, again, ensure best practise is taken when putting these in place. Support needed:
- Review of current policies/ procedures
- Advising on HR policies
