Get Out More is a registered CIC that exists to connect communities and nature. They run outdoor programmes, including forest schools, outdoor play and community engagement programmes for people of all ages across Bradford and beyond. They use local woodlands, parks and green spaces to bring people together, working towards their vision: communities and nature growing healthier together.
Project Details
Employment Session:
The organisation is excited to be launching a new employment initiative in January- Outdoor Futures. One of the aims of this programme is to increase the number of skilled practitioners working in the outdoor learning sector. They will be offering Business and Employment Support sessions to help adult participants transition into freelance work or paid employment in the outdoor sector. They would like one of these sessions to include CV writing and job search skills and are looking for a business volunteer who can deliver this session. Support needed:
- Delivery of CV writing & job search skills workshop/ session.
Number of Volunteers
We are open to working with a wide range of volunteers who are able to help us with the project above.
