Organisation Details

City of Nature is a registered CIC focussed on environmental sustainability. They aim to increase the biodiversity of Bradford, both for the benefit of the environment and local residents’ wellbeing. They look to use plants and trees to combat pollution, store carbon, create wildlife corridors, restore habitats and work with all communities to strengthen their connection to nature.

Part of their plan involves creating immersive, sensory gardens in the city that will allow natural processes to flourish. They believe this is key to transforming Bradford and creating a welcoming green city of the future, especially for City of Culture 2025.
